Founder & CEO
Jason Konrad, the company’s creator and namesake, places a high value on hard work. This work ethic, along with extensive trade experience and a natural affinity for working with others, is the foundation of Konrad Construction. Jason has more than 20 years of experience in construction and real estate, and an impressive track record of performance. He is adept at site selection, planning and design, construction management and financial negotiation. His market knowledge allows him to lead his teams through a variety of projects, including retail, office and multi-use construction. Jason strives to create options when complex development issues arise.
Vice President
With over 20 years’ experience as Construction Project Manager, Dan is known for his expertise in Design-Build Construction, with additional expertise in Pre-engineered buildings, Structural and Misc. Steel. Project experience includes, but is not limited to, K-12 Schools, Stadiums, Bridges, Municipal, Automotive, Airports, Manufacturing Facilities, Tenant Buildouts, Religious, Renovations, and Housing all within the Commercial, Industrial, Government, and Residential Sectors. With his great energy and dedication to excellence he moved his way up and works hard to deliver unmatched services. He thrives on assisting in business expansion and growth.
Business Manager
Nick has enjoyed a very diverse career, spending 29 years as a futures trader with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. His trade background includes trucking, sales, residential development and project management. Nick’s focus is business development and company culture. As a “people person,” he strives to develop relationships, build teams and serve clients. His gregarious nature also lends itself to his personal passions, which include coaching sports teams and being a grandfather.
Senior Advisor
Born and raised on a farm in south central Nebraska, Wade learned his core values of dedication, loyalty, honesty and hard work. He joined Konrad Construction with 40 years of experience in trucking, equipment and pipeline construction. Believing communication is the key to success, his focus is building and maintaining strong relationships within the company and with trade partners.
